Client Responsibility and Liability Waiver

  1. Assumption of Risk
    You acknowledge that participation in tours, excursions, and activities organized by High Of Holidays involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, accidents, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
  2. Personal Responsibility
    You agree that you are responsible for your actions during all activities. Any injury or incident resulting from negligence, ignoring instructions, or risky behavior is solely your responsibility.
  3. Medical Fitness
    You confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the selected activities. You will inform us of any medical condition that may affect your participation.
  4. Liability Release
    You release High Of Holidays, its staff, partners, and guides from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  5. Following Safety Instructions
    You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and representatives. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund.
  6. Insurance Recommendation
    You understand that obtaining appropriate travel and health insurance is your responsibility.

Changes

High Of Holidays reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.

We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to the effective changes. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.

Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.
